AMA designed  a gut renovation of a pre-war full floor, Park Avenue  apartment. The young, growing family desired a clean, open loft-like space.  While respecting the merits of the original floor plan , AMA organized a series of contemporary living spaces around a central spine.  The spine provided spatial separation, formal passages and storage. The open plan and spatial overlaps are complemented by a variety of doors that provide privacy while respecting the minimalist architecture and detailing. Featured on Wallpaper.com in May 2024.
